I need my pin unlocked NOW. I waited my week. I even kept vending out of pocket. Now my time is up and they haven't even read the fucking message. for 23 fucking hours??
Seriously, I bust my ass here. I've paid in over a grand in the 3 weeks I've been here with fees and commissions.
NOW, I NEED SOMETHING, WHERE'S MY SERVICE. I NEED MY BTC

So you bought a Vendor's account and made a 4 digit PIN that you can't remember?
Jeez dude i understand there should be a quicker way to reset your pin..but you really should make sure you have that before doing any sales..
you wouldn't want someone to guess/hack your password and be able to easily reset your PIN and take all your BTC's right?
Due to security purposes I'm sure there's some type of procedure to make sure the real owner gets the new PIN.
I know that doesn't exclude the fact your message hasn't been read, but hang in there I'm sure the Admins get ALOT of messages everyday.

a 4 digit pin is kinda weak. no offence, but really. a simple password breaker would chew through 4 digits fairly easily. granted there is a 15 digit pw first. but, yeah. vendors should be allowed the same 15 pin code. 30 digits total would feel a lot safer, imo.

my account was phished last week. support was VERY helpful and prompt. and I DO appreciate the security in place. I did my time, now I can't even get a response? I make them money, good money. 23 hours and not even read?? BULLSHIT

If you got phished, it is YOUR fault, not vendor support's fault, so suck it up. Your PIN will get reset when they get to it. I can't believe people are trusting their info to someone who cant even remember silkroadvb5piz3r. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but how exactly is this their problem?

Could not agree more.
Also would like to add that there are thousands of vendors here, making SR much more money than you (not in any way saying you aren't important; every vendor is helpful for this community), that gives SR Support quite a bit of work. I assure you that it's much more work than the weed you have done in orders.

and when they got to me, my pin was re-set once for each message I sent!! glad I vented here and only had 3!
